1. SERVICES PROVIDED
   Graphy Daphy provides digital graphic design, video post-production, and advertising asset creation services. 

    

2. PAYMENT & DELIVERABLES
   All project fees, retainers, or design scopes will be agreed upon via a formal invoice or written email before work begins. Design files and intellectual property remain the property of Graphy Daphy until full payment clears. 

    

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   Graphy Daphy designs assets to optimize marketing engagement, but we do not guarantee specific monetary returns or sales figures resulting from the use of our creative materials in marketing campaigns.
